Job Title: Food Runner - Lakeside Clubhouse Grille (Lunch/Brunch)
Location: Blackhawk Country Club
Job Summary: Blackhawk Country Club is seeking a motivated and energetic Food Runner to join our team at the Lakeside Clubhouse Grille for lunch and brunch services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food orders are accurately and efficiently delivered from the kitchen to guests, while maintaining high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guests in the dining area.
- Assist servers in setting up tables and delivering a high-quality dining experience.
- Ensure all food is presented according to the club’s high standards before delivery.
- Check orders for accuracy and handle special requests with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen pass area and ensure all equipment and serving dishes are hygienic and in good order.
- Assist with table clearing and resetting as needed to facilitate efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to handle any delays or concerns regarding food quality or preparation details.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu items and daily specials to answer any guest inquiries.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a food runner or server assistant in a restaurant or club environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to carry large trays filled with multiple plates safely and efficiently.
- Availability to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
